What I do at Digital Science
Discipline leadership for the central design function, which takes on the responsibility to help improve the experience design and design maturity of all Digital Science products over time, gradually working towards a more aligned future where people who use our products have more coherent, familiar and consistent journeys across our solutions and services. The central design unit works together with product teams to mature and scale our design practices and foster collaboration across disciplines and designers.
